Thoughtful setup

If you're new to Quickbooks, I'll set that up for you by creating your unique chart of accounts and other QuickBooks assets.
I'll also set up secure files for you so I can securely share your financial reports.
After that, I'll confirm everything, fine-tune your monthly process, and get started on the first of the next month with your service.

The accounting process for the month begins on the first, where I verify and categorize the transactions from the previous month.At this time, I confirm that the transactions are entered correctly, that they have the corresponding verification (such as a receipt), and that they are properly categorized.

Once we're up and running, if Dext and MileIQ are providing all receipts and verification, I rarely need to reach out to you. But if I do, I will reach out by the fifth of the month, so you have some time to send info back to me. I expect it by the 10th, so I can provide your reports on time.

Once I receive all information, I'm off to the races - I finish managing the transactions, then I reconcile all accounts. Once that is done, we're ready for the next step - producing and sending the reports.

Your reporting package arrives on the 15th of every month, via email. I will send you a link to your secure folder where you can retrieve them. I provide reports in .pdf form.
